Delete a Norigoo account

In the app

1. Open Norigoo and go to Profile → Parent area, and type the account's password.
2. To delete one child: open the child, then Delete this profile. To delete everything: Delete the account.
3. Type the password again and choose:
   • Delete (undo for 30 days): hidden at once, deleted for good after 30 days. You can undo it in the parent area or with the link in the email we send.
   • Delete now, no undo: deleted at once.

Without the app

Type the email address of the account. If an account uses it, we email a link to confirm. Once confirmed, the account and every profile on it are hidden at once and deleted for good after 30 days; until then the email's "Undo" link or signing in to the app brings it back.

What is deleted

The account (email, name, password, the notice agreed to), every child's profile, all their progress and all their learning activity. Copies in our backups are gone within about 8 days after that.

What stays: totals with no names or ids (for example "120 learners finished this lesson"), problem reports about lesson cards (they never say who sent them), and a line in our records that an account was deleted, with no email or name.
